Angeli Raven Fitch is a California attorney with more than 20 years of trial experience, including a long career in criminal law where stakes are real and details matter. She built her practice on sharp advocacy, disciplined judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure—skills that translate directly to guiding professionals through fast-moving regulatory and ethical risk.

As co-founder of Katori AI, Angeli helps law firms and organizations adopt AI with confidence and control. Her focus is practical governance: clear internal policies, defensible workflows, and training that protects confidentiality, reduces compliance exposure, and keeps teams productive without turning AI into a liability.

Angeli is also an award-winning public speaker known for making complex topics clear, engaging, and actionable. She teaches several CLE classes including "AI Ethics for Attorneys" and "The AI Policy Playbook for Attorneys". Angeli helps attorneys and leadership teams understand how ethics duties, privacy expectations, and supervision obligations show up in everyday use cases—research, drafting, billing, and client communications—so implementation is thoughtful, documented, and aligned with real-world practice.

Gonzalo M. del Castillo is a global data privacy lawyer and certified AI governance professional. As co-founder of Katori AI, he brings over eight years of experience advising international law firms and global organizations on building compliant, business-enabling privacy and AI programs across the UK, EU, United States, Canada, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.

His work focuses on translating regulation into practice. Gonzalo has designed privacy-by-design and AI risk controls for real-world workflows, including prompt governance frameworks, privacy red-teaming playbooks, and human-in-the-loop review processes. He has also led cross-regional third-party and AI vendor risk programs, developing AI-specific due-diligence questionnaires and negotiating pragmatic contractual safeguards such as data-use restrictions, confidentiality protections, incident-response cooperation, and sub-processor controls.

Gonzalo holds the IAPP’s AIGP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM certifications, combining deep legal expertise with hands-on program delivery to help organizations navigate the EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other evolving global frameworks.
